The Conduits

Welcome to The Conduits. This site has one purpose – to bring glory to God through spreading word of His gift of eternal life to all humankind through the death of His son Jesus Christ.

A Gift that none of us deserved, yet were given anyway. Through this Gift we have been provided the only method for redemption and access to a life in Heaven when we pass from this place we are visiting.

What should you expect to find on this website?

  • Thoughts on scripture, usually through us sharing our reflections about a sermon we heard or a conversation with other Christians in our life. This will come in the form of blog posts.
  • Impressions on what is happening in the world around us and how we feel about it as Christians.
  • Prayers – If we become aware of someone, someplace, some people, etc. we will be praying publicly on the behalf of those and that the situation be used for the Glory of God!
  • Contact us – If you have a prayer request, we will provide a method for letting us know. At this point we will pray for you. It’s that simple. At some point we will start a formal prayer list for people that opt in to be part of the prayer warrior network of The Conduits. You will have the option to join the prayer list via our contact page and have your prayer requests added to the distribution as well.

What you should expect to NOT find on this website?

  • Anything that counters the teachings of Christ or takes away from what we believe glorifies God. (Note – We know there is a LOT of disagreement in the area of what this means. To be blunt, we may not agree with everything that everyone else is doing. Sometimes we will be unapologetically against what others are doing with 100% of our being. That is something we will work to discuss and post about without being hateful. There will be some things that truly deserve hatred, because they are just purely evil. In these situations we will do our best to focus on the evil actions and not the people themselves. Feel free to try and help us be good about how we address those things to not let the passion within us present itself more as hatred than a desire to spread the Love of God.)
